Albany Police arrest four after fight

Albany police say four people were arrested after breaking into the Crowne Plaza parking garage just after being involved in a fight outside it.
Police were called to the scene around 4:15 Friday afternoon, for a report of people fighting with beer bottles.
They say when they arrived they found David McCarthy, 24 of Clifton Park, Kyle Demeo, 22 of Niskayuna, Joseph Synder, 22 of Schenectady and Nicoholas Burkhardt, 24 of Middleburgh inside the parking garage.
Police say the four men pried open a security gate and damaged two control gates by breaking the control arms.
They were charged with Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief.
