Niverville teen charged in fatal crash

State Police have charged a Niverville man with misdemeanor reckless driving, speeding and failing to keep right after he was involved in a crash that killed an Albany man.
James Lensink, 18, was driving the second car in a Chatham crash that killed Ralph Glover, 34, on July 30. Lensink was found to have driven 91 miles per hour in a 45 mile-per-hour zone and has been issued tickets to appear in Kinderhook Town Court on Sept. 2.
